You will lead a diverse and vital Infrastructure Services team comprising Roads, Water & Sewerage, and Fleet & Town Services.

Council is seeking a motivated people leader ready for any challenge, with the skills to build the culture needed to deliver excellent organisation performance. High-level communication skills, along with the ability to deal with all stakeholders, staff, and the community are important.

While tertiary qualifications in engineering are essential for this role Council is more interested in your ability to get things done and apply practical solutions to a range of local problems. A total remuneration package of $228,000 is offered along with a four-bedroom executive residence.
