Our Engineering Division currently has labourer vacancies in the Infrastructure Delivery Unit.

We are seeking experienced applicants to undertake construction and maintenance works with the team.

Construction work may include roads, bridges, basic carpentry, stormwater drainage, pavement, concreting, fencing, boardwalks etc. Maintenance work may include work on bitumen roads and small-scale construction repairs.

We are seeking:

  • numeracy and literacy skills usually associated with Year 10
  • demonstrated ability to apply skills to a variety of construction and maintenance works
  • a General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and current driver's licence

These positions are based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
