We are seeking an experienced and professional Project Management Office Administrator with a passion for corporate performance. In this role you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Attending project tracking meetings to provide project managers with support to comply with the Project Management Framework
  • Pre-populating project documentation (e.g. project plans) for subsequent completion by project managers
  • Maintaining the Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) module in OneComm
  • Processing / following up with project managers on key PMF processes (stage gate checklists, change requests, monthly reports etc.)
  • Agenda setting, minute taking and action tracking of Project Board meetings
  • General administrative support to the Corporate Performance team a required

Our preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experiences and skillset:

  • Diploma or Cert IV in a business / administration related discipline or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with well-developed reporting writing skills.
  • Highly developed and effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment, and to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

An attractive renumeration package of up to $90,000 per annum, plus super is on offer, dependent on experience.
