Are you passionate about shaping the future of Wollongong? This is an exciting opportunity for a university student currently studying a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning. This role offers hands-on experience in designing vibrant, liveable communities that balance the built and natural environment, community needs, and economic sustainability. From creating strategies and assessing development applications to addressing social and environmental impacts, your work will help improve quality of life and create thriving spaces where people can live, work, and play.

We are looking for someone who…

You're a motivated university student in the penultimate year of a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, with a genuine passion for environment and sustainability, land development, urban design, and understanding the social and economic impacts of planning. You're driven by a strong commitment to protecting and preserving the environment and eager to learn from a skilled team while contributing to real-world projects. You're dedicated to delivering positive environmental outcomes for current and future generations and have a keen interest in coastal ecosystems, water quality, and pollution prevention. Open to mentorship and guidance from industry experts, you also demonstrate a commitment to Work Health and Safety principles.
