About the role
This is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week at the Bomaderry Works Depot. This role provides key operational and administrative support to all areas of the Fleet Services Unit.

Duties
Reporting directly to the Senior Fleet Support Officer, this position involves:

  • Refuelling trucks (MR licence)
  • Plant hire booking sheets
  • Process daily purchase orders, invoices and receipts
  • Manage vehicle/plant insurance repairs
  • Organise vehicle (truck and car) movements and bookings
  • Preparation of plants and vehicles for disposal (remove stickers etc) and new vehicles for handover

Skills & Experience
In order to be successful in the position, you will have:

  • School Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge in the use of Microsoft Applications i.e. Word, Excel & Access and Outlook
  • Class MR Driver’s Licence

We are looking for someone with a background in automotive services (or similar) who has the ability to work in a fast paced and can adapt to a constantly changing environment.
