About the Role

We are one of Australia’s fastest growing and innovative councils at the forefront of digitisation and automation in government services. Having already had considerable success in this space, we continue to expand our investment in key technology and the people that support it. 

The position of Integration and Software Engineer is responsible for the development and support of software solutions tailored specifically to Council’s business needs and the integration between all council’s key corporate business systems. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

  • Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in providing quality customer service with the ability to relay technical information to a range of internal customers.
  • Ability to undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Salesforce development.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience with using API’s for sharing information between dissimilar systems.
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in an IT environment.
