Byron Shire Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma).
We pride ourselves on being child and community focused and offering a nurturing and happy environment. We strive to provide a peaceful, grounded safe-haven in which children thrive. We build on children’s strengths and interests to engage with them in play-based learning.
You will work with a team of exceptional educators to implement the daily program in line with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning framework. Our centre welcomes children from 0-5 years and we are looking for educators for all age groups.
You will have:

We operate 7:30am – 5.30pm, 50 weeks per year in the heart of Byron Bay in a beautiful setting.

Location:
This position is based at Council's Sandhills Early Childhood Centre in Byron Bay; however, Council can require you to work from other work sites as required for operational reasons - such as Council's OSHC Services.
