We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager in Hospitality to lead a team of food and beverage attendants and drive the performance of the Tavern and cafe at The Links, Shell Cove. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to lead a dedicated team across a variety of operating channels including f+b, gaming, cafe, functions and entertainment.

Additionally, you will collaborate with our golf operations team to deliver corporate and social golf events. 

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Showcase proven leadership and operating experience within the hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role. 
  • Be dedicated to leading, developing and coaching within a large team to deliver set business outcomes. 
  • Have a customer focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Be a supportive team player with the ability to be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Require sound knowledge of regulations and laws relating to liquor and gaming operations.
  • Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) accreditation.

The Links Shell Cove is a unique and picturesque golf course located in the Illawarra region on the South Coast of NSW, located just 80 minutes south of Sydney.   • Permanent full time, 38 hours per week including weekend, evening and public holiday shifts
  • Commencing salary range from $73,161 - $77,639 per annum (based on skills and experience) 
  • Plus 11.5% superannuation
  • Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work and public holidays
