We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead the daily operation of the Tavern and cafe at The Links, Shell Cove.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to manage a dedicated team across a variety of operating channels including f+b, gaming, cafe, functions and entertainment. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with our golf operations team to deliver corporate and social golf events.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant leadership and operating experience within the hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
- Lead a large team to deliver desired business performance outcomes
- Be motivated to develop and grow within the hospitality industry
- Require strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Display a high level of care, professionalism and attention to detail
- Have excellence in customer service, including maintaining engaging service levels and compliance across the facility
- Be a supportive team player with the ability to be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays as required
- Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) accreditation

- Permanent full time, 38 hours per week including weekend, evening and public holiday shifts
- Commencing salary range from $63,265 - $67,138 per annum (based on skills and experience)
- Plus 11.5% superannuation
- Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work and public holidays
