CRM Project Coordinator

The Opportunity

This role reports directly to the Group Leader Information and Communication Technology and will oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new customer request management system. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including Customer Service, IT, and Communications teams, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and fully integrates with disaster communication processes. Managing vendor relationships and facilitating smooth communication between all involved will also be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or a related field and substantial experience delivering complex IT or business projects. Experience with process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Kaizen) is highly desirable, along with demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, and execution. Prior experience in Local Government will be an added advantage.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in MS Office Suite will also be key to performing successfully in this role.

Annual salary of $95,322 to $108,644 (plus super).

Australian Temporary Residents may be considered for a fixed term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the position.
