About the role

The City of Coffs Harbour is searching for a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst and Improvement Officer to join our talented and friendly team! As a key member of our Asset Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvements and delivering high-performance outcomes for our organisation.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Asset Management systems and processes, enabling effective data management across the City of Coffs Harbour. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in Business Intelligence to analyse data and trends and implement improvement projects to enhance the City's practices.

The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. If you are passionate about driving positive change, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of the City of Coffs Harbour, we want to hear from you!

About you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer science, Information Technology, Business or other relevant disciplines.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of Asset Management Systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive team player!

What's on offer?

  • Starting salary from $96,123.76 + 11.5% superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
  • Brand new office location at Yarrila Place!
  • Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements.
  • Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.
  • Scope for performance-based salary increases.
