Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for promoting workplace safety? Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Work Health and Safety Administrator to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for employees in the WHS office, offering excellent customer service.Assist injured workers with workers' compensation paperwork and claim lodgement, supporting them in obtaining necessary appointments.Manage First-Aid orders and supplies efficiently.Coordinate internal audit activities and inspection schedules for enhanced safety compliance.Update WHS noticeboards to keep the workforce informed.Assist in administrative functions related to Health and wellbeing, Workers' Compensation, and Work Health and Safety.Collaborate with the WHS Manager to conduct Risk Assessments, Safe Operating procedures, and maintain registers.Ensure accurate minutes are taken at all WHS and Workers Compensation meetings.

You will have:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based management systems.Possession of a current unrestricted driver's license.Strong verbal communication skills in English.Effective time management and self-organizational skills.

Work Health & Safety Responsibilities

Prioritize safety by complying with all Voyages WHS Policies, Procedures, and guidelines.Use personal protective clothing and equipment (PPE) appropriately.Report hazards and participate in accident/incident investigations.Engage in the return-to-work process following injury/illness.Maintain equipment in good condition and report malfunctions promptly.Complete all required WH&S briefings, inductions, and training sessions within set timeframes.
