UGL are currently looking for Transmission Line Constructors to join our Utilities division in early 2026. The transmission line project is based in Maragle, NSW working 19/9 roster.

All workers are provided with flights, accommodation in camp and meals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Climbing of transmission structures Upgrade and construction of new and existing assetsStudy and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams and mapsLiaise with Network Operator Inspectors and customersComplete comprehensive risk assessmentsMaintain work in progress plansInstalling and maintaining conductors, aerial equipment, and underground cables Installing and maintaining all associated electrical supply equipment Attending to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.Adhering to site specific health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications And Experience Required

Experience working on Transmission line projectsConstruction White CardWork at Heights Tower RescueEWPDogging and Rigging licenceHigh risk work licence First Aid and CPR Trained (Desirable)Trade Certificate (Certificate 3 Overhead Transmission Lines) (Desirable)
