As Team Leader – Program Planning & Support, you’ll lead a talented team, drive program governance, and ensure our major

infrastructure initiatives deliver real value for our community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead program planning and reporting for high-impact projects.

• Drive governance and performance frameworks that make a difference.
• Collaborate across teams to align projects with strategic goals.
• Inspire a culture of innovation and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role.

• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• A passion for delivering outcomes that matter.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in program governance and reporting.
• Desirable: Local government or infrastructure planning experience.
