As the Talent Acquisition Partner you'll often be the first contact for our future employees and will play an important role in showcasing the benefits of working at Dubbo Regional Council. You will continue to implement and develop our EVP to ensure the best recruitment outcomes for our hiring managers. You will get to show your creative flair through the creation of advertisement and campaigns for hard to fill roles and be innovative with strategies for resourcing needs. As part of a supportive team you will manage the recruitment system and contribute to and help deliver the talent strategy. Working with the whole of organisation, your day will constantly vary, with you being in a unique position learning the ins and outs of all positions at Council.

- Learning the key aspects of Council's roles and services whilst developing your talent acquisition skills and continuing to establish the TA Partner position

What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or experience deemed equivalent.
- Strong experience working in the recruitment and selection space, inhouse, RPO or agency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of software solutions to support recruitment and selection.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a focus on positive outcomes and customer experience.
We would also love you to have:
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous experience working with strategic/proactive sourcing strategies.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $85,603 to $99,483.
