THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support Nutrition Warehouse in finding and hiring top talent across our Retail Operations and Support Office teams. You’ll assist with end-to-end recruitment, deliver a great candidate experience, and provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers. This role will be 20 hours per week and the hours are flexible - would be a great fit for someone wanting to work school hours 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment for Retail Operations and Support Office roles Support hiring managers with advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks Build strong relationships with Area and Store Managers Utilise a range of sourcing methods including Seek, LinkedIn, and university boards Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure high levels of candidate care Assist with recruitment administration and reporting

About You

You’re a proactive and people-focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed - both candidates and hiring managers alike.

1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency with recruitment databases and candidate data management Knowledge of best-practice recruitment, selection, and attraction strategies Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Team-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about continuous improvement Passionate about Nutrition Warehouse and our brands
