About the Role

This is a full-time role for an experienced Swimming Pool Technician who’s ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll be the go-to expert for our loyal customers, servicing and repairing pools and spas throughout the Mermaid Waters area.

Your days will be active, independent, and rewarding — mixing on-site technical work with friendly customer interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing pool & spa equipment — pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and more

• Performing regular maintenance to keep pools safe, clean, and crystal clear

• Advising customers on the best equipment, products, and water-care solutions

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships

• Recording your work accurately and keeping things running smoothly

• Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Technician (or similar trade/service role)

• Solid technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot confidently

• Great communication and customer service skills — you enjoy helping people

• Certificate III in Swimming Pool & Spa Service (or equivalent) preferred

• Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for the pool industry and pride in your work
