We are seeking a friendly and reliable Support Worker to assist a client in Lilydale.

Details:

• Shift: Mondays, 12 PM – 3 PM
• Duties: Supporting the client with attending appointments, grocery shopping, and general community access
• Preferred Age Group: 20–30 years old (for compatibility)
• Gender: Male or Female welcome to apply
• Cultural & Communication Preference: The client has expressed a preference for a worker from an English or European background to ensure comfortable communication and rapport.

Requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Previous experience with NDIS participants (preferred)
• Friendly, professional, and respectful manner
• ABN application
