The organisation is currently seeking a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in DevOps and Data Science to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge applications, integrating intelligent systems and analytics into real-world solutions.Â
The annual salary for the position is $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation.Â
Responsibilities include:Â

Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications integrating data science models.Â

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Â

Build and deploy scalable machine learning models, data pipelines, and analytics tools.Â

Optimise system performance and reliability for enterprise-grade environments.Â

Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation.Â

Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data science.Â

Troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal downtime for critical applications.Â
Qualifications:Â

Should hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree with a focus in Computer Science or a relevant field.Â

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in software engineering (Australian experience preferred).Â

Must possess strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.Â

Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling.Â

Experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.Â

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Â
