The organisation is currently seeking a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in DevOps and Data Science to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge applications, integrating intelligent systems and analytics into real-world solutions. 

The annual salary for the position is $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications integrating data science models. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

  • Build and deploy scalable machine learning models, data pipelines, and analytics tools. 

  • Optimise system performance and reliability for enterprise-grade environments. 

  • Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation. 

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data science. 

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal downtime for critical applications. 

Qualifications: 

  • Should hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree with a focus in Computer Science or a relevant field. 

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in software engineering (Australian experience preferred). 

  • Must possess strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. 

  • Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling. 

  • Experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
