Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of social and supported housing projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on site, leading teams, and taking pride in delivering high-quality homes that genuinely improve lives.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day site delivery of medium-density residential buildsManage construction in line with program, budget, and safety requirementsEnsure full compliance with OH&S, BCA, and relevant Australian StandardsCoordinate trades, site teams, and construction schedulesMaintain high standards across site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspectionsLiaise closely with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliersCommunicate directly with clients to support a smooth and successful handover
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience delivering residential or domestic construction projectsStrong leadership capability with proven stakeholder coordination skillsSolid working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S frameworksCert IV in Construction Management or a relevant trade backgroundWhite Card, current driver’s licence, and First Aid & CPR certificationConfidence using Microsoft Project and managing site documentation
