The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager – NQ & CQ and based in Townsville, the Service Deployment Officer plays a vital role in coordinating our Townsville and Mackay service teams. You’ll provide administrative and scheduling support for field technicians, management, and customers — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and seamless service delivery.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the service team
- Liaise with the Service Manager to prioritise daily workloads and scheduling
- Manage technician schedules, site access bookings, and deployment requirements
- Generate and manage Service Jobs (Reactive and Preventative Maintenance) and Purchase Orders
- Coordinate Pronto timesheets, tracking productive, non-productive, and project hours
- Support incoming calls, assist with deployment functions, and allocate jobs as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors
- Ensure service documentation and data are accurate and up to date
