As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department – the crucial link between our customers and their vehicles. Your mission? Delivering seamless, standout service from the moment our customers walk through the door to the moment they drive away, smiling.

About You:

You're someone who:

• Radiates energy, professionalism, and genuine care

• Loves creating memorable experiences for every customer

• Thrives in a team environment and works well under pressure

• Communicates clearly and confidently – both written and spoken

• Holds a valid QLD manual/auto driver’s license with a clean record

• Has proven experience in customer service (Automotive, Hospitality, or Retail)
