Company Summary:
National commercial construction company with over 10 years of proven experience. With a national workforce of over 100 staff with offices in five states. They specialise in design, construction, and refurbishment, handling everything from new builds, fit outs, refurbishments and upgrades for clients in both the public and private sectors.
They are currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administrator to join our Perth team, this role is based on Garden Island, WA.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator working on projects $30M+
- Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred.
- Must have experience working for a main contractor on commercial building projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Australian Working Rights.
