Sales Representative – Greater Sydney (Timber Staircases)

Allwood Stairs | High earnings | Uncapped commission

Base location: Central Coast (office-based)

Work style: Field role across Greater Sydney with daily site visits

Allwood Stairs designs, manufactures and installs premium timber staircases for residential and commercial projects. We are hiring an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our existing Greater Sydney portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can win work, manage builder relationships and personally measure jobs on site.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of builders and residential and commercial project clients across Greater Sydney

  • Prospect and win new builder accounts through consistent outreach and site visits

  • Attend sites daily to measure jobs accurately and gather information required for quoting

  • Build and manage a pipeline from start to finish

  • Work closely with factory and installation to ensure smooth handovers

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years strong sales experience (construction/building products preferred)

  • Confident dealing with builders and site teams

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close consistently

  • Comfortable doing site measures and working in a practical, fast-paced environment

  • Current driver licence and willingness to travel daily across Sydney

  • Valid Australian work rights required

Highly regarded

  • Experience in staircases or similar trade products

  • Ability to interpret plans and measurements

  • Estimating/quoting exposure
