Prime Recruitment is currently seeking a Sales Assistant and Sales Manager for our clients' car dealership in Port Hedland. These roles offer the chance to work with a supportive and experienced team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong sales results.

The Sales Assistant will assist customers throughout the buying journey, build product knowledge, and support the sales process.
The Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and manage the sales team while driving dealership performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• (Sales Manager only) Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, results-driven attitude
• Current driver’s license
• (Sales Manager only) Leadership or management experience in a sales environment

Salary on offer
Sales Assistant - $55000 base plus commission
Sales Manager - $88000 base plus commission
