Casual Sales Assistant - Alice Springs

Jacksons Drawing Supplies a long-established WA family owned company, is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant in our Alice Springs store.

Skill Requirements

• Strong art product knowledge & a genuine passion for art (an advantage)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
• Identify opportunities for up-selling of products and services and/or increased sales
• Build strong and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers

Key Duties

• Serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner
• Providing customers with quality advice
• Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Operating an electronic point of sale system
• Implementing company policies and procedures

• Casual hours
