The role of Experienced Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager and the CEO with identifying, developing and implementing best practice for learning, development and compliance . This includes all legislative and regulatory requirements within the VET Quality Framework and the National Standards for RTO, together with state government contractual obligations:

  • You will be working physically at our office in Albury.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement plans and structured staff development programs to ensure compliance requirements are adhered to and maintained
  • Assist with developing and updating company policies and procedures
  • Develop, implement and monitor assessment validation processes
  • Maintain compliant trainer and staff files.
  • Mapping and updating training and assessment resources (training and assessment strategy, assessment tools, learning guides, competency mapping, etc.).
  • Participate in, and assist with the co-ordination of, assessment validation and moderation activities.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of ASQA Standards for RTOs and ensure the Standards are being followed to a high level
  • Assist with internal and external regulatory audits
  • Assist with all areas of RTO compliance
  • Associated compliance and administration functions

We are very open to considering candidates that are well experienced and have had previous RTO experience and are looking to take that next step in their career and develop within the compliance environment.

Ideally, you should demonstrate the following skills and experiences to be considered:

  • Previous RTO experience undertaking some type of compliance related tasks (such as assisting with mapping, validation, development of training and assessment strategies, etc)
  • Knowledge of the VET Sector and Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
  • Strong all-round administrative skills and experience
  • A commitment to achieving best practice with high attention to detail

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Albury NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
