About the role

Tyres and More is seeking a skilled Road Service Fitter/Tyre Fitter to join our team in Townsville, Queensland Mount St John. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing on-site tyre services to our customers. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring our clients receive prompt and reliable support for their vehicles on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing

1. Attend callouts to change and repair tyres for a range of vehicles.

2. Diagnose and repair tyre related issues with client vehicles.

3. Maintain a high level of service and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.

4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.

5. Assist with the management of tyre and fleet service needs.

6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Tyres and More service operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Tyre Fitter or Road Service Technician

2. Strong tyre service aptitude and problem-solving skills

3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

6. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required
