Provenance Wines is now offering the opportunity to join our Front of House team in a full-time Restaurant Manager position.

At Provenance Wines lunch service consists of a highly seasonal, local, and ethical a la carte menu incorporating a strong wine focus. Evening hours are filled with large events and beautiful weddings, with Provenance Wines being voted the "Geelong's Best Wedding Venue" according to the Geelong Advertiser. The wine used in-house is also produced onsite with the winery attached to the barrel lined venue space.

The roles and responsibilities of the Duty Manager:

• Wine tastings with clientele
• Conducting lunch service
• Management and coordination of events and weddings
• Training of casual staff members
• Use and maintenance of POS software
