We are seeking a passionate, experienced Reservations Professional to lead our office team. This role is designed for a motivated leader who excels at driving operational excellence, managing people, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About you:

-          Minimum of 3 years Reservations experience, preferably in a leadership role

-          Exceptional Written and Verbal communication skills

-          Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-          Proven ability to lead and mentor a team

-          Demonstrated ability to manage complex rostering

-          High attention to detail

-          Flexibility is required to cover operational hours
