Roster: Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work as required)
Type: Casual
Pay rate: $65 per hour (flat rate)
  
About the Role
TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician (Grade 5) to join our team, working with one of our reputable clients on the Ranger Mine Site.
This is a hands-on, site-based position responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The role suits a trade-qualified technician who values safe work practices, attention to detail, and teamwork in a professional environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of Room Air Conditioners (RACs), split systems, and package air conditioners.
• Inspection, testing, and servicing of water coolers, fridges, and ice machines.
• Performing repairs and replacements of components and systems as required.
• Diagnosing faults, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability.
• Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on work completed.
• Following site safety procedures and contributing to a positive work culture.

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Restricted Electrical Licence (minimum).
• Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).
• Demonstrated experience working on RAC, split system, and package air conditioning units.
• Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
