Due to our expanding client base we are seeking a professional recruitment consultant to join our close-knit team of professionals who provide recruitment services to a wide variety of industries and professions. 

THE COMPANY

In 2012 Annette Hurley established her 2nd recruitment agency Career Development & Management Guru (CDMGURU) www.cdmguru.com.

CDMGURU is a private recruitment agency based on the Gold Coast. We provide staffing solutions for a wide range of local and interstate clients across multiple industries and professions including the accounting profession and hospitality industry.

Our sister company The Career College www.thecareercollege.com.au provides executive, mindset and career coaching, résumé services, psychometric testing, workshops and training for individuals and companies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an integral member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Recruiter with effectively servicing clients’ and candidates’ needs and with skilfully matching candidates to jobs and with finding candidates suitable employment. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment

• Profiling and promoting candidates

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates

• Assisting with human resource administration

• Assisting with securing new business

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment at an Australian recruitment agency

• Hold a degree in human resource management or possesses equivalent private employment agency experience

• Engage with business owners, senior management and HR professionals, fostering strong, effective communication.

• Be confident in prospecting new employers to find suitable jobs for candidates

• Have proven experience with writing job advertisements for job boards and social media platforms

• Be competent with sourcing and profiling candidates 

• Enjoy a challenge and be outcome focused and KPI driven

• Be IT savvy and skilled in recruitment software, Recruit CRM preferred

• Be kind, compassionate and customer service focused

• Enjoy working independently and within  a team

• Currently live on the Gold Coast and be seeking a long term parttime office-based employment
