We are looking to expand our fun and friendly team here at Gerard Smith First National and are looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join us who is self-motivated, mature, and enthusiastic.
We are looking for someone with the following criteria:
-Ideally prior real estate or reception experience but will consider no experience for the right candidate with a traineeship available*
-Current Certificate of Registration* and NSW Drivers Licence
-Confident and professional
-High attention to detail
-A can do and friendly attitude - you will be the first person to see and speak to clients when contacting the office, first impressions are everything
Your duties include but are not limited too:
-Answering and directing phone calls and emails
-Sales Administration
-Mail distribution
-General office duties
-Assisting the rental and sales teams
-Ad hoc
