We are a large family-owned carrot grower with packing operations in Mandogalup, Western Australia. 

We are seeking an Production Team Leader to assist with leading our packing facility at our Mandogalup packing operations in Western Australia. 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Ensure product quality standards are met;

·        Ensure customer orders are filled as required;

·        Assist with the management of the packing line to ensure its efficient and cost-effective operation;

·        Assist with planning and organising the production team, approx 20-30 staff members.

The successful applicant must:

·        Be willing to be hands on and active;

·        Able to work independently;

·        Have a good eye for detail;

·        Have good planning and organising skills;

·        Have effective communication skills.

It would be ideal that the successful applicant has:

·        Previous knowledge of production lines

·        Experience with fresh produce;

·        Forklift licence;

·        Some computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

This position will be a full-time position with work available 12 months of the year.
