We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Technical Advisor to oversee and support the quality and compliance of product delivery for our Aquatics programs across Queensland. Your New Role

Reporting to the Sport and Recreation Manager - Aquatics & Leisure, you will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring ongoing of PCYC’s aquatics products. This role will play a crucial part in upholding and enhancing the quality of these products throughout the state. You will provide technical support and guidance to our internal stakeholders to ensure product delivery meets standards and quality with a commitment to ongoing improvement. This will require you to develop and maintain relationships with peers to build a healthy and effective support network, through delivering training and resources to PCYC aquatics staff and ensuring any concerns are identified and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Hold a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Hold a current pool lifeguard certificate
  • Hold (or able to obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check
  • Ability to travel across the state as required.
  • Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
