Your Opportunity

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available in the role of Product Portfolio Lead based at TAFE Queensland’s Toowoomba Campus.

As The Product Portfolio Lead, You Will

Lead and manage a Product team, ensuring operational goals and KPIs are met, and all aspects of service delivery are high quality, responsive and timely.Act as the Product Lead for the Product portfolio areas aligned to TAFE Queensland South West.

This position reports to the Executive Director, Education and Training and has close working relationships with all members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Salary

The salary range for this position at the AO7 classification level is $133,603.23 - $143,125.83 (gross) per annum.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must possess the following:

Current Queensland Driver’s LicenceCurrent Blue Card or Exemption Card to comply with the Working with Children (Risk Management Screening) Act 2000 or the ability to hold this.

Candidates Who Possess The Following Will Be Highly Regarded

A comprehensive knowledge of the vocational education and training environment is essential and ideally it is expected this would be complemented by the possession of a recognised teaching or business degree qualification.Minimum of 5 years’ team leadership experience in government or non-government organisations in a related field.Possession of a Diploma in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and/or experience in teaching practice and pedagogy.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a broad network of people, both internally and externally, to anticipate and respond to organisational needs.
