Based in Booyal near Bundaberg QLD, Boral have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Plant Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicated team. You will undertake responsibility for ensuring the secure and proficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Your day will involve:

Safe operation of sales loader and other quarry mobile plant as requiredSafe operation of the crushing plantBasic maintenance and plant housekeepingActive participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activitiesParticipation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

What are we looking for?

Experience in mobile plant operation and excavation HR truck licence is advantageous but not essentialQuarry experience highly regarded, but other fixed plant processing experience will be consideredSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and qualityDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
