Office Coordinator

Monday to Friday – 25 hours per week

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an office environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of Xero
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Provide high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of CAD – training provided if required
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming phone calls and emails
  • Take orders, create and set orders in system
  • Set up client files in appropriate software
  • Effectively liaise with internal and external networks
  • Database management and maintain office systems and procedures
  • General office duties including raising invoices within Xero
