Office Coordinator
Monday to Friday – 25 hours per week

About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an office environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of Xero
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of CAD – training provided if required
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming phone calls and emails
- Take orders, create and set orders in system
- Set up client files in appropriate software
- Effectively liaise with internal and external networks
- Database management and maintain office systems and procedures
- General office duties including raising invoices within Xero
