Multi-Site Practice Manager – GP Clinics | Gold Coast

As the Multi-Site Practice Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across several GP sites, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and exceptional patient care. You’ll work closely with doctors, nurses, and admin teams to maintain high-quality clinical and administrative standards while driving efficiency and growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple GP practices

• Manage rosters, HR, payroll, and practice budgets

• Ensure compliance with RACGP and QPA standards

• Support medical and nursing staff to deliver quality patient care

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training

• Improve clinic efficiency and implement new systems

About You

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a GP clinic (multi-site experience highly regarded)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Experience using medical software (Best Practice, Cubiko, etc.)

• Sound knowledge of Medicare billing and practice accreditation processes

• A proactive leader with a hands-on approach
