About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, who is respectful to others, with solid reliability, a strong work ethic and is ready to get their hands dirty to join our client’s landscaping crew.

What You Need

• Construction Industry White Card
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• MR Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative, always thinking one step ahead
• Eye for detail and willingness to learn on the job
• Excavator or digger licence highly desirable
• Must be physically fit and ready to work hard
• Neat and tidy appearance

What You'll Be Doing:

• Morning toolbox talk and daily planning
• Operating and managing digger/excavator (load/unload, maintain)
• Removing and setting out retaining walls
• Carry out landscaping tasks, including planting, and working with open spaces
• Handle heavy loads and shift large plants, physical fitness is a must
• End-of-day site safety checks and equipment pack-down
