About the Opportunity

Beasley's Hydraulics is seeking an Internal Sales Trainee to join our team in Bundaberg.

This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the hydraulic industry, working closely with our experienced sales professionals to support our valued customers. You will receive comprehensive training on hydraulic products, applications, and sales techniques to develop your skills and knowledge.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Assist the internal sales team in handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotes and processing orders.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

About You

• High school certificate or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Passion for customer service and building strong relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about hydraulic systems and their applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
