Job description
Are you passionate about compliance, service delivery and working in a collaborate environment? We’re looking for a dedicated IEA Claims Team Leader to join our Claims team on a 6-month full-time contract as maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension.
Exploring the Role
In this specialised position, you’ll lead a team of IEA Claims Officers to ensure outcome claims are lodged accurately, on time, and in line with CoAct’s model.
You’ll work closely with member site staff of review documentation, process claims, and provide support, training, and guidance to help deliver high-quality outcomes across the network, meeting compliance requirements within the IEA contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of IEA Claims Officers
- Ensure accurate and timely lodgement of outcome claims
- Review documentation and process payments on behalf of members
- Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on evidence and claim requirements
- Monitor performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expert advice on compliance, contracts, and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external key holders
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience lodging claims in employment services (DES)
- Previous Leadership or Training experience highly regarded
- IEA Claims and program knowledge highly regarded
- Strong understanding of contract and compliance frameworks within the new Inclusive Employment Australia contract
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder liaison skills
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents
- Proficiency in planning, prioritising, and guiding team performance
