Female Disability Support Workers – MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Care

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are seeking dedicated female Disability Support Workers to join our professional and supportive team providing 24/7 care to a female participant living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Roster Structure (Rotating):

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM

• Evening + Passive (wake-up assistance) Sleepover: 6:00 PM – 6:00AM

This role involves weekday, weekend, and passive overnight shifts on a rotating roster.

Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering personal care and hygiene support with sensitivity and respect

• Supporting with daily living tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment

• Encouraging and enabling social and community participation

• Meal preparation and assistance with nutritional needs

• Providing mobility support (including Sara Stedy transfers)

• Administering or assisting with medication

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent

• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate

• National Police Check (within 12 months)

• Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

• Full working rights in Australia
