About The Role

Your responsibilities involve providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare’s Values. You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN to provide positive resident outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA Registration.Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willing to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.
