About the Role

  • Support and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning programs
  • Build trusting, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Create safe and engaging environments where children thrive
  • Collaborate with a small and passionate team
  • Be flexible, reliable, and ready to bring positivity to every day

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of child development and programming
  • A friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children
  • Willingness to engage with Defence families and our unique community
