About the Role
As a valued member of the Grace Records Management team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and account support to some of Australia’s top organisations and government agencies. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient handling of our clients’ vital records. We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files

• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks

• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing

• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles

• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)

• Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Forklift Licence – LF (a must)

• Stock picker Licence - LO (preferred)

• RF scanning – (desirable & training as required)

• Ability to drive a manual car

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)

• Transport experience (advantageous)

• A valid car licence is required as a minimum for the secondary component of the role
