About the role

Managed Waste Service, a leading provider of waste management services, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Pitt Town, NSW. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism

• Providing accurate information and guidance on our waste management services

• Logging and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

• Updating customer accounts and maintaining detailed records

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Proven customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers from diverse backgrounds

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex inquiries

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others

• Knowledge of the waste management industry or a willingness to learn
