Our client is expanding and seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee its corporate operations and support its ongoing growth.
 
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this pivotal role provides leadership across finance, HR, ICT, risk, governance, compliance, and administration, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and achieves its strategic goals.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead a multidisciplinary corporate services team across finance, human resources, and ICT.
• Drive governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks to support transparency and performance.
• Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and leadership team.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across business functions.
• Ensure all corporate functions align with regulatory, statutory, and grant obligations.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior corporate or business management role.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Strong financial, risk, and compliance management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
