The Role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of multiple homes across the Hunter and Newcastle region, ensuring each project is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and drive progress through efficient scheduling and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, liaising with clients, maintaining documentation, and using Framework to manage project timelines and updates. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on structure, and has a genuine passion for residential construction.
About You:

To be successful, you’ll have at least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor working for a volume home builder, ideally within the Hunter or Newcastle region. You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple builds simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety. You’ll hold either a Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, or alternatively a valid Supervisor or Builder’s Licence. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and confidence with construction software (particularly Framework) are essential.

Salary: $115k - $125k + Super + Car - depending on experience
