Contracts and Procurement Administrator – Construction
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Contracts and Procurement Administrator to support our construction projects. You will play a key role in managing contract documentation, procurement processes, and supplier coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including drafting, review, and close-out.

Coordinate procurement activities for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Liaise with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to meet project timelines.

Assist in risk management and cost control related to contracts and procurement.
Qualifications:
